Data requests

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data a Wechnology app holds about you. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can also object to how we use it, withdraw a consent you gave, and complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Use the form on this page or email [email protected] — we reply within 14 days. In the Enimara app, "Delete my account and data" in Settings opens the same form.

By email

Write to [email protected]. Tell us which app, the email address or phone number on your account, and what you'd like us to do. We reply within 14 days. If your data is in a shop's Enimara records, ask the shop first — if it does not answer in 14 days, write to us. For a pupil's data, ask the school first — if the school refuses or does not answer in 14 days, write to us.
